Kevin has over 20 years of experience in independent power and utility power procurement. He raised over $10 billion for power projects and utility operations, and has led over $1 billion in acquisitions and divestitures. Kevin arranged more than 3,500 MW in power procurement arrangements including over 900 MW of utility-scale solar power PPAs.
Previously, Kevin was Director of Energy Supply at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Senior Director, Corporate Development at PG&E Corporation. He created the utility's New Resource Procurement Department and executed PG&E's first solicitation for new power resources in over a decade. He led development and execution of 2,300MW in power purchase, build-own-transfer and EPC agreements. He also held executive finance and development positions with CalEnergy, FloWind and Cleantech America.
